Your schedule will typically be from 7 AM to 7 PM, providing you with ample opportunities to engage with patients and collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals dedicated to problem-solving. Daily tasks will include conducting patient assessments, administering medications, and developing personalized care plans that reflect our patient-focused approach. You’ll also be responsible for monitoring vital signs, documenting patient progress, and communicating effectively with both patients and their families. Additionally, you will participate in interdisciplinary rounds and contribute to innovative practices that enhance patient outcomes.This role demands an empathetic, organized, and proactive mindset, making it an excellent stepping stone for your nursing career.Would you be a great RN?To thrive as an RN in the Med/Surg unit at Minden Medical Center, certain skills and qualifications are essential.
