This entry-level role creates a smooth guest experience from arrival through departure while resolving questions and coordinating service requests.
· Greet guests and provide attentive in-person assistance
· Support reservations, arrivals, departures, and special requests
· Respond professionally to concerns and identify appropriate solutions
· Communicate guest needs to relevant hotel or venue teams
What matters most
A strong fit is personable, dependable, composed in busy environments, comfortable starting conversations, attentive to details, and motivated to create a positive guest experience. Prior hospitality experience can be helpful, but many employers provide training for entry-level hires.
