Location Richland Practice Position Type Full-Time Schedule 4-10 Hour Shifts Expected Hiring Range $185k - $205k Annually Position Summary The General Dentist supports Willamette Dental's evidence based treatment philosophy, mission, vision and core values by performing the full scope of general dentistry permitted by state. Education And Experience Degree as a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD), Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS), and/or Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS). Successful completion of a traditional pre doctoral dentistry program and valid licensure in the specific state(s) where practicing. Licenses, Certifications and Registrations Degree as a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS). Knowledge Of Evidence based dental practices. AxiUm electronic records Fulfill all requirements to ensure proper electronic documentation for all care provided to patients. CAMBRA and PEMBRA, with an emphasis on prevention. Risk phases, and risk assessment. Diagnostic terms. Information and techniques needed to diagnose and treat and oral cavity anomalies. Principles and processes for providing customer and optimal patient experience. This includes patient needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of patient satisfaction. Expected hiring range for this position depending on experience (annual salary):: $185,000 USD - $205,000 USD Compensation The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to education, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. This position is also eligible for incentive pay in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Paid Time Off (PTO): Eligible employees will accrue a minimum of 120 PTO hours per employment year in addition to seven paid holidays annually. The Company's PTO program combines vacation and sick leave, which is more generous than Washington State's Sick Leave Law. Employees in part-time roles working less than 40 hours per week will accrue PTO on a pro-rated basis. Physical Requirements The work is primarily performed while sitting and/or standing, but will require occasional walking, bending, stooping and carrying light items such as papers, books, or other supplies.
