Account Associate
As an account associate for Carolyn Thomas Thompson, State Farm Insurance Agency, you are vital to our business operations and customers' success. We grow our agency through meaningful customer relations. You will improve the lives of our customers by proactively allowing us to review with our clients and prospects the insurance products and services we provide. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
Responsibilities:
- Contact our customers to set up their annual insurance review and follow up appointments.
- Assist agency team members with customer relations
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Compensation: $17.50 per hour
About Our Agency
- Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
- Our office is located in Williamstown, KY.
- Our office is open until 5:30 everyday and late two nights a week.
- I am a second generation State Farm agent.
- I am a proud graduate of Grant Co High School; Eastern KY University; and Georgetown College.
- We currently have 6 team members at our agency.
- Our agency has received awards including: Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Crystal Excellence Award, Silver Scroll, Golden Triangle, and Bronze Tablet
