HHM Hotels - - Responsibilities: Greet guests and assist with their needs in a friendly and courteous manner; Register guests and assign rooms; process payments and verify credit; Make and confirm reservations; transmit and receive messages using the PMS system; Respond to guest requests and resolve complaints; escalate to supervisor when needed; Assist in breakfast area or with luggage during peak periods and maintain overall guest satisfaction
