The TCEM builds on a strong foundation, including about 30 existing trainings to update and expand and a communications and marketing department that partners on outreach.
PRIMARY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Curriculum Development and Training Delivery

- Collaborate with the People and Culture department and Center leadership to communicate Leadership Academy opportunities to Center staff
- Collaborate with the grants department to ensure that grants for the Training Institute include up-to-date information and innovative practices
- Continually investigate and introduce innovative improvement measures and research-informed best practices based on current literature and trends for training and community education services
