- Minimum Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old to apply. \n
- Valid Driver’s License & Safety Compliance: Must possess a valid driver’s license and adhere to AutoZone’s driver safety requirements to ensure responsible and secure vehicle operation. \n
- Automotive Knowledge: Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required. \n
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise. \n

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) \n
- Exceptional Communication: Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English. \n
- Automotive Retail: Previous experience in automotive retail \n
- Hazmat Endorsement Preferred: A valid Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) endorsement is a plus, helping ensure proper handling and transportation of regulated materials in compliance with safety standards. \n

- Customer Service Excellence & Communication – Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear and professional automotive advice and offering installation services. \n
- Leadership & Teamwork – Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts, ensuring smooth team collaboration and strong customer relationships. \n
- Metrics Mindedness & Process Orientation – Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies. \n
- Delivery Operations – Drive company-provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers. Load and unload parts accurately per route schedules. \n
- Returns & Pickups – Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors. \n
- Safety Compliance – Adhere to PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment. \n
- Cash & Charge Transactions – Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies. \n
- Product Knowledge & Fleet Maintenance – Stay updated on promotions and automotive products through AutoZone systems. Maintain delivery vehicles and report any issues promptly. \n
