Shift: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

What You'll Need to Bring

High school diploma or GED

Experience in warehouse receiving and inventory control

Knowledge of ERP/WMS systems (D365 preferred)

Experience with cycle counts and discrepancy resolution

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Ability to operate material handling equipment

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work on your feet

Preferred:

Lead or supervisory experience

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

What You'll Be Doing:

Receive, inspect, and put away inbound shipments (LTL, freight, transfers)

Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to move and track inventory

Verify shipments for accuracy and complete OS&D documentation

Maintain proper labeling, staging, and bin locations

Perform cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliation

Investigate discrepancies and conduct root cause analysis

Maintain accurate records in D365 or warehouse systems

Monitor inventory KPIs and support process improvements

Coordinate with operations, shipping, and vendors to resolve issues

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
