We are on the lookout for motivated, dependable, and dedicated caregivers to provide exceptional direct care and support to our patients. The House Supervisor - Registered Nurse assesses, coordinates, and evaluates patient care through collaborative efforts with health team members in accordance with the nursing process and the standards of care and practices.

Ensure that all staff members deliver care in accordance with the Standards of Care and practice.

Implement the unit policies and procedures and act as a resource to the staff.

Responsible for unit compliance with The JOINT COMMISSION, CMS, state and regulatory standards and patient rights standards.

Evaluate program effectiveness and formulates plans for improvement.

Assist in developing staffing schedules in accordance with patient needs.

Coordinate the process for determining and maintaining accurate legal processes for patients.

Ensure Infection Control, Safety and Risk Management policies are consistently Implemented on the unit.
