Established (40+ Years) Premier AmLaw 200 Full-Service Firm Seeking Associate Attorney for Commercial Litigation in Cerritos, Irvine, Pasadena, Westlake Village, Marin, or San Diego, CA An established California-based AmLaw 200 full-service firm with over 40 years in practice is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3+ years of commercial litigation experience to join their team in Cerritos, Irvine, Pasadena, Westlake Village, Marin, or San Diego, CA . The firm's commercial litigation practice is broad and far-reaching, spanning equity disputes, intellectual property, unfair competition, contract disputes, tortious interference, real estate litigation, trusts and estates litigation, and accounting professional liability , and welcomes attorneys eager to expand into new practice areas. This role offers substantial responsibility, meaningful client exposure, and the opportunity to develop a versatile litigation skill set within a collaborative platform.
