Role Description The Recruiting Coordinator is a contract role, role can work out of Bellevue, WA (hybrid) OR San Francisco, CA (hybrid) supporting the end-to-end recruiting process for a variety of technology and business positions. Day-to-day responsibilities include scheduling candidate interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining accurate candidate information in applicant tracking systems. The role also involves communicating with candidates to provide updates, answer questions, and ensure a positive interview experience. The Recruiting Coordinator will collaborate with recruiters and internal stakeholders, assist with job postings, help track pipeline metrics, and support recruiting events or on-site interviews as needed.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to work effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess Hiring and Interviewing skills to support screening processes, coordinate interviews, and understand basic selection criteria.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to ensure a responsive, respectful, and candidate-friendly recruiting experience.
• Candidates should possess skills in organization, time management, and attention to detail to manage multiple requisitions, schedules, and candidate records.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, calendar tools, and standard office software is beneficial.
• Prior experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or talent acquisition support, preferably in tech or high-growth environments, is an advantage.
• Ability to work hybrid in Bellevue, WA OR San Francisco, CA and collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
