Manager - Reprocessing and Distribution Services

Position OverviewThe Manager partners with Reprocessing and Distribution (RDS) leaders, to lead and coordinate functions in alignment with strategic priorities. The Manager has strong leadership, operational and process improvement capabilities. The primary focus of this position will be coordinating equipment and facility repairs/replacements by collaborating with partners in Facilities, Healthcare Technology Management (HTM), vendors, and RDS work unit leaders. This position will be Rochester based, with the potential to provide support to other RDS work units in the Mayo Clinic Health System (MCHS) and/or Florida as needed.
