Description St. Aloysius Gonzaga School is a welcoming Catholic community serving students from Preschool through 8th Grade. Responsibilities Foster a positive, faith-centered classroom environment that promotes the spiritual, social, emotional, and academic growth of all students. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with Archdiocesan curriculum guidelines and Common Core State Standards. Integrate Catholic teachings, Gospel values, and faith formation into daily instruction and classroom culture. Assess student progress regularly and utilize data to inform instruction and support individual learning needs. Establish and maintain effective classroom management practices that encourage respect, responsibility, and student success. Supervise students during recess, lunch, arrival, dismissal, and other assigned duties to ensure a safe and supportive environment. Maintain open and ongoing communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress, behavior, and spiritual development. Collaborate with faculty, staff, and administration to support schoolwide initiatives, professional learning communities, special events, and student activities. Participate actively in school liturgies, prayer services, retreats, and other faith-based programs.
