Temporary Logistics Coordinator I

Maravai LifeSciences seeks a temporary logistics coordinator to manage shipping, receiving, and inventory operations for its manufacturing facility in Jupiter, Florida. The role supports product fulfillment and internal inventory maintenance while adhering to quality standards and documentation protocols.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and receive incoming goods, placing them into appropriate inventory storage locations
• Create labels, package materials, and prepare goods for shipment to designated locations
• Arrange carrier shipments and manage replenishment of shipping materials and labels
• Support product formulations and buffer preparation for internal inventory and customer fulfillment
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper material management in warehouse and stockroom areas

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life science discipline such as Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or Biotechnology (preferred)
• Previous experience demonstrating knowledge and skills to perform logistics coordination duties
• Ability to follow work instructions and maintain detailed records
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail capabilities
• Experience with warehouse and stockroom management
