We are seeking licensed Psychologists (PhD or PsyD) residing in the United States who are passionate about providing high-quality, evidence-based care to diverse populations across the United States. At Optimum Care Counseling and Wellness Solutions, our mission is to empower clients to use their individual strengths to gain insight into their challenges and feel more in control of their lives. As part of our growing team, you will provide psychological services while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and therapists. This is a fully remote position , offering both telehealth and in-person opportunities based on client and program needs. We offer flexible scheduling:
- MondayFriday: 7:00 AM 9:00 PM
- Saturday: 7:00 AM 4:00 PM
- New patient scheduling
- Credentialing support
- Advertising and marketing
- Copay collection
- Prior authorizations
- Patient relations support
- Established referral base
- In-house prescribers for medication management
- Electronic EHR system
- Secure phone system (to maintain professional boundaries)
- Online fax system
- Paid training
- Collaborative, team-based work environment
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and diagnostic assessments
- Administer and interpret psychological and cognitive testing
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other treatment providers
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Complete required EHR training modules
Qualifications
- Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology or related field
- Active Psychologist license required in you State
- Experience in psychological assessment and testing preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients across the lifespan
- Strong organizational and clinical leadership skills
This is a remote position.
