We are looking for a Director, Global Quote to Cash Operations, a transformational leader to build and scale our global Quote-to-Cash organization.

This is not a traditional Billing Operations leadership role. As EverCommerce continues to modernize its enterprise technology ecosystem—including Salesforce, Zuora, NetSuite, AI-enabled automation, and global shared services—we are seeking an experienced leader who has successfully led similar transformations and understands how to translate technology investments into measurable operational and financial results.

The Director, Global Quote to Cash Operations will provide strategic leadership for Billing Operations, Collections, Customer Payments, Billing Systems, and our global shared services organization. This role partners closely with Revenue Accounting, Finance, Product, Engineering, IT, Sales Operations, Customer Success, and executive leadership to drive operational excellence across the entire Quote-to-Cash lifecycle.

What You'll Do…

Lead a World-Class Global Operation

• Provide strategic leadership for Billing Operations, Collections, Customer Payments, Billing Systems, and offshore shared services.
• Lead managers and global teams, including the strategic partnership with Genpact and other outsourcing providers.
• Establish governance, service level expectations, executive business reviews, and operational scorecards.
• Develop a high-performing global organization with a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer focus.

Build the Future-State Quote-to-Cash Organization

• Design scalable operating processes that support growth, acquisitions, and enterprise standardization.
• Drive operational excellence through Lean principles, automation, AI, and workflow optimization.
• Improve billing accuracy, collections effectiveness, cash flow, and customer experience.
• Reduce manual effort while increasing quality and operational efficiency.

Lead Enterprise Transformation

• Lead the operational execution of EverCommerce's Salesforce → Zuora → NetSuite transformation.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, IT, Finance, and Revenue Accounting to ensure technology investments deliver measurable business value.
• Champion process standardization and organizational change management.

Strengthen Governance & Financial Performance

• Improve operational KPIs, DSO, revenue leakage prevention, and billing accuracy.
• Strengthen SOX controls, audit readiness, policy implementation, and executive reporting.
• Develop dashboards that provide meaningful operational insight to executive leadership.

Develop People & Leaders

• Coach and develop managers and future leaders.
• Build succession plans and organizational capability.
• Foster collaboration across global teams and business partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in Quote-to-Cash, Revenue Operations, Billing Operations, or related SaaS operations.
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise transformations involving Salesforce, Zuora, NetSuite, or comparable platforms.
• Experience leading global organizations utilizing offshore or shared-service delivery models.
• Experience managing strategic outsourcing partners such as Genpact or similar providers.
• Track record improving billing accuracy, DSO, collections effectiveness, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
• Strong executive presence with exceptional communication and change leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA, CPA, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent professional credentials.
• Experience in private equity-backed or public SaaS companies.
• Experience with AI-enabled operations, CPQ, Revenue Recognition, Stripe, Avalara, and enterprise automation.

Where: [There will be periodic travel to the Denver office and other EverCommerce locations, as business needs require. This includes quarterly team meetings, annual Accounting team meetings, and other company or departmental gatherings as needed.]

The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation : The target base compensation for this position is $170,000 to $190,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
