Job Summary:
Anchorage, Alaska - A Certified Surgical Technician (ORT) specializing in Operating Room (OR) procedures is sought for a labor and delivery unit. The position involves working nights within a facility that handles vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, Dilation and Curettage (D&C), tubal ligation, vaginal repair, and hysterectomy procedures. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.

• Position: Surgical Technician / Operating Room Tech (ORT)
• Location: Anchorage, Alaska
• Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts
• Minimum Hours per Week: 36 hours
• Start Date: 07/20/2026
• Required Qualifications: Certified Surgical Tech, BLS (Basic Life Support), NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program), valid certification, and licensing in surgical technology. No minimum years of experience required, but experience working in labor and delivery settings is preferred.
• Additional Information: Knowledge and experience working in labor and delivery units are essential. Advanced skills with NRP are needed. Familiarity with the EPIC documentation system is required.
