Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certified and licensed SLP in the state (SLP-CCC required)
• Previous experience working in a school setting is highly valued
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and compliance
• Excellent interpersonal, assessment, and communication skills
• Collaborative mindset and dedication to student-centered practice

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of students referred for speech and language services
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on enhancing communication and language skills
• Maintain clear, timely documentation for progress monitoring and compliance
• Coordinate and attend IEP meetings, contributing expertise and advocating for student needs
• Provide direct therapy, consultation, and resources to students, teachers, and families
• Partner with multidisciplinary teams to support holistic educational outcomes
