Data, Analytics & Reporting Analyst

The Data, Analytics & Reporting Analyst sits within the Data Engineering team and supports the Investment Consultancy & Oversight and Multi-Manager Solutions businesses. The role partners closely with Coverage Analysts, Investment Strategy & Research, and investment professionals to deliver high-quality data, analytics, models, and reporting that underpin investment oversight, research, portfolio construction, and manager selection. This is a hands-on role for a self-directed analyst who takes ownership of their work, improves data quality and analytical capabilities, and brings innovative ideas to enhance efficiency and impact.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or similar).
• 3–7 years' experience in data analytics, quantitative development, or reporting within investment management or financial services.
• Advanced proficiency in Python, R, and SQL; experience with database platforms.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work to deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• CFA, FRM, or similar professional certification.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), big data, or BI tools.
• Background in investment consulting, multi-manager, or investment operations.
• Experience with Bloomberg, FactSet, Morningstar, eVestment, Aladdin.
• Strong understanding of investment data, portfolio analytics, performance attribution, and risk.
• Demonstrated initiative, intellectual curiosity, and problem-solving mindset.

In-Office Collaboration

We are a client-centric, relationship-based business. Working together, in-person, is foundational to how we achieve results. Our employees work in the office at least four (4) days per week, with flexibility to work from home one (1) day per week. Some roles may require additional in-office time or different in-office expectations, and specific requirements will be discussed during the hiring process.

Base Pay Salary

The estimated base salary for this role is $115,000 - $145,000 per year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
