We are seeking a skilled Mechanic with expertise in maintaining and repairing a wide range of vehicles, including cars, light trucks, and heavy-duty trucks. This role demands a strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a small team. The mechanic will perform diagnostic tests, parts replacement, and safety inspections using standard hand tools.
Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs on cars, light trucks, and heavy-duty trucks
- Conduct diagnostics to identify mechanical and electrical issues
- Replace worn or defective parts to restore vehicle functionality
- Carry out safety inspections to ensure compliance with regulations
- Operate standard hand tools and specialized equipment safely and effectively
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in automotive repair
- Proficiency in engine repair, brake systems, electrical systems, and hydraulics
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Manual dexterity and ability to use hand tools with precision
