This position plays a key role in keeping our operation running efficiently by ensuring equipment is reliable, safe, and ready for daily use./ppYou will work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and collaborate with employees across the location to support production and maintain a clean and safe work environment./ppKey Responsibilities/pulliDiagnose Repair pickups, trucks, tractors, loaders, feed trucks, and other agricultural equipment/liliPerform Preventative Maintenance on fleet vehicles and farm machinery/liliMaintain Maintenance Records and audit daily equipment logs/liliManage Inventory of tools, parts, lubricants, and shop supplies/liliSupport shop safety, cleanliness, and livestock-area biosecurity standards/liliParticipate and work collaboratively with other employees at the location/li/ulpQualifications/pulliMinimum two years of verifiable experience in vehicle or equipment maintenance, preferably in agricultural or industrial settings/liliStrong mechanical knowledge of repair methods, tools, and materials/liliAbility to diagnose and repair mechanical issues across mixed fleets/liliAbility to read, interpret, communicate, and apply information from manuals, safety guidelines, and maintenance documents/li/ulpWhy Join Us?/pulliStable, year-round work in a critical agricultural industry/liliSupportive team environment/li/ul/div
