Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

Job Type: Full-time

Department Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Location: Virginia Beach, Virginia or Salt Lake City, Utah

Hiring Range: $21 - $25 per hour

The Marketing Coordinator supports marketing initiatives through strong organization, coordination, and administrative support. This role helps execute campaigns, manage daily workflows, and support content updates using templates and design tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Project & Traffic Management

• Coordinate and track marketing projects, timelines, and deliverables across multiple campaigns

• Maintain project timelines, task lists, and status updates to ensure deadlines are met

• Support campaign management across the team, helping prioritize work based on deadlines and business needs

• Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and partners to keep work moving forward

• Support basic content updates for digital channels (email, website graphics, social posts)

Administrative & Operational Support

• Process marketing invoices and track expenses for campaigns and partners

• Maintain organized records of marketing assets, vendor files, and campaign documentation

• Assist with compiling reports, presentations, and campaign summaries

• Support coordination of partners, print materials, and campaign logistics

• Attention to detail in managing timelines, files, and campaign execution

• Proactive communication and follow-through with team members

• Willingness to learn tools, systems, and marketing processes quickly

• Ability to support both creative and operational sides of marketing

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Basic understanding of marketing channels (email, social, digital)

• Experience with or willingness to learn: Canva and/or Adobe Express; Social media platforms (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc.); Project management tools (Teams, Planner, Jira, etc.)

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

• Clear written and verbal communication skills

Education & Experience:

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or an administrative support role

• Finance industry and marketing knowledge is a plus
