Under the general direction of the Supervisor II of the Licensing Services A Office (Office), in the Licensing Branch (Branch), part of the Licensing Division (Division), within the Department of Cannabis Control (Department), the Supervisor I of the Licensing Services C Unit (Unit) will manage, evaluate, train, direct and develop staff. The incumbent will be responsible for supervising the daily operations of the Unit.

- The position(s) require(s) a Background Investigation be cleared prior to being hired.
Conflict of Interest (COI): This position is subject to COI Regulations. The incumbent is required to submit a Statement of Economic Interests (Form 700) within 30 days of assuming office, annually by April 1st, and within 30 days of leaving office.
Employment History on the STD 678 (State Application) must be complete and include dates, accurate hours per week, total time worked, duties and responsibilities, contact names and phone numbers of supervisors. Resumes or other documents cannot substitute a state application. Applicants who fail to submit a completed STD 678 (State Application) may be disqualified.
