Job Overview A law firm seeks a Medical Malpractice Attorney in Charlotte, NC. This role requires an active North Carolina Bar license and hands‑on trial experience in medical malpractice cases. The attorney will have the opportunity to advocate for clients in court, supported by a firm committed to client service and teamwork. Duties Lead personal injury litigation caseload from filing through verdict. Draft and argue motions, handle depositions, mediations, and trial proceedings. Serve as the client's voice in court with confidence and clarity. Collaborate with paralegals and litigation support staff to prepare cases. Requirements Active membership in the North Carolina Bar, in good standing. Minimum 3 years of personal injury trial experience, specifically in medical malpractice. Strong negotiation, oral advocacy, and courtroom presence. Commitment to client service and teamwork. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in North Carolina. Skills Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills. Strong courtroom presence. Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
