Requirements Active membership in the North Carolina Bar, in good standing. Minimum 3 years of personal injury trial experience, specifically in medical malpractice. Strong negotiation, oral advocacy, and courtroom presence. Commitment to client service and teamwork. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in North Carolina.
