As the Nurse Manager for Emergency Services, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our emergency department. Key Responsibilities

Your role will include:
- Managing and supervising the emergency services nursing team to ensure quality care and adherence to best practices.
- Developing and implementing departmental policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Monitoring and evaluating staff performance, providing mentorship and support for professional growth.
- Overseeing scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation to maintain optimal department functionality.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Acting as a liaison between the emergency department and other hospital units or administration.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We’re looking for someone with:
- A minimum of 5 years of nursing experience , with a strong background in emergency services.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
- Current nursing licensure in the state of Texas (or eligibility to obtain).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- A commitment to maintaining a patient-centered approach in all aspects of care.
