Receptionist Facility: Charming Lakes Rehabilitation Location: Lakeland, FL Schedule: Part-Time | Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–8:00 PM, plus every other weekend, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM Pay Rate: $15.00–$18.00 per hour Be the Welcoming Face of Our Facility! Charming Lakes Rehabilitation is seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will welcome residents, families, visitors, and staff while providing administrative support and keeping front desk operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Greet residents, families, visitors, and vendors warmly and direct them to the appropriate location. Manage visitor sign-in and sign-out procedures, including issuing and collecting identification badges. Answer and direct incoming calls, manage voicemail, and operate the paging system as needed. Maintain accurate resident directories, room assignments, staff extensions, and emergency contact information. Support department directors with correspondence, reports, filing, and recordkeeping. Assist with payroll-related administrative tasks as assigned. Track administrative deadlines, important dates, and contract renewals. Operate office equipment and maintain office supplies according to facility purchasing procedures. Help coordinate communication between departments and other company locations. Keep the reception area organized and welcoming. Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications and Requirements Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Professional telephone etiquette and a courteous, helpful manner. Ability to speak, read, and write English clearly. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain accurate records. Ability to work independently and collaborate with other team members. Professionalism, flexibility, personal integrity, and a positive attitude. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality. Ability to perform essential job duties, with or without reasonable accommodation, and meet applicable facility health requirements. Availability to work the listed evening and every-other-weekend schedule. Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred.
