is seeking an experienced Litigation Associate to join its growing Boston practice. The position is ideal for a defense-side litigator with

5+ years of complex litigation experience

who is ready to independently manage sophisticated matters while working closely with an established team. Key Responsibilities:

Manage complex litigation matters from inception through resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, and other substantive legal documents
Oversee written discovery and e-discovery strategy
Take and defend depositions
Argue dispositive and non-dispositive motions
Participate substantially in mediations and trials
Mentor junior attorneys and collaborate across litigation teams
Ideal Background:

5+ years of defense-side complex litigation experience
Employment litigation experience is a plus, but not required
Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
Strong analytical ability and sound professional judgment
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and sophisticated matters
Collaborative, client-focused approach
Interest in business development and practice growth
Active Massachusetts Bar admission required
