Retail Shift Leader

Address: 2304 S. French Ave., Sanford, Florida 32771. Brand: Value Pawn & Jewelry. Pay range is based on experience from $16 to $17 per hour. We are looking for a Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder) to lead our retail store, provide outstanding customer service, and coach the team in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities Provide a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment that distinguishes EZPAWN. Process pawn loans and extensions, negotiate terms, and finalize transactions. Perform all opening and closing store procedures. Supervise and coach store team members to ensure high standards of service. Promote sales and build solid relationships with customers, encouraging repeat business. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Minimum 1 year of supervisory, key holder, shift lead, team lead, or manager experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a mandate to build ongoing customer relationships. Strong organizational, time‑management, and prioritization abilities. Ability to read and manage customer needs and negotiate effectively. Pass a criminal background check and drug test. Valid driver’s license and auto insurance. Knowledge of commonly pawned items (tools, jewelry, firearms, electronics) is a plus. Sales background and bilingual language skills are a plus.
