Outpatient Physical Therapist

Job Description

This position is for an Outpatient Physical Therapist starting December 21st for a 6-month contract. The therapist will be responsible for evaluating and developing treatment plans in accordance with patients' needs and goals, as well as ensuring the delivery of quality therapy services. This role requires effective communication and a commitment to safety and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate all assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans.
• Delegate and direct therapy services for assigned patients, ensuring functional treatment programs.
• Complete comprehensive evaluations and maintain clear and accurate medical documentation.
• Participate in student programs, providing supervision and development of learning objectives.
• Create an individualized professional development plan in collaboration with clinical management.
• Understand and adhere to performance improvement methodologies and compliance standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• 6 months to 1 year of outpatient clinical experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• State licensure in good standing.

Schedule

This position follows a 5x8.0 schedule.
