Facilities Maintenance Assistant

To assist the Facilities Manager in the maintenance of the building, grounds, and equipment and in all cases to keep in top working order. Job duties include basic electrical work, troubleshooting, grounds maintenance, and prevention maintenance. Ability to network with outside sources to coordinate projects. Skills and qualifications include maintenance experience, mechanical inclination, basic electrical experience, ability to stand for 8+ hours a day, and ability to work with hands in repetitive motions for 8+ hours a day.
