Accountant

Responsibilities Oversee overall financial and accounting function of the Company. Verify daily accounting transactions against postings made into the system. Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions including credit term policy, aging monitoring, provision and etc. Monitor and analyze Cash-flows. Responsible for submission of monthly closing accounts on timely manner. Responsible for annual audit and tax matters. Liaise with banks, Company secretaries, tax agent, external auditor, government authorities, and professional advisors on Company related matters. Manage spending and ensure in line with corporate budget. Supervise Accounts department. Evaluate and monitor effectiveness of internal control system to ensure compliance with the corporate policies. Ensure the company’s operating activities are strictly complied with applicable laws, regulation accreditation standards and company business ethical standards. Establish and enforce proper accounting policies, procedures and methods. Carry out ad-hoc assignments as and when requested. Requirements Min. Bachelor’s Degree/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy Min. 3 years’ working experience in manufacturing field Excellent verbal and written communication skills Problem-solving skills and resourceful thinking Leadership and coaching skills Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Attention to detail and analytically driven Able to multi-task and cope with pressure #J-18808-Ljbffr
