Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
In this contract opportunity, experienced special education professionals have the chance to make a meaningful impact in a supportive educational environment. Two distinct positions are available, each designed to provide essential coverage during maternity leaves. Both roles begin in August (exact dates to be determined), with one assignment extending through October 30, 2026, and the other through December 18, 2026.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Special Education Teaching credential is required
- Prior classroom experience in special education, preferably in a school setting
- Adaptability to support diverse learning needs and IEP implementation
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Experience collaborating with parents, staff, and multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized instruction based on IEPs for students with a range of abilities
- Track student progress, complete documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
- Develop instructional materials tailored to students’ unique learning needs
- Provide a safe, engaging, and positive classroom environment
- Collaborate with general education staff and support personnel
