The Radiologic Technologist will operate imaging equipment, perform diagnostic procedures, and ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the process. This role will have a radiology tech assistant to support daily tasks within the clinic. This role is integral to delivering high-quality patient care in our orthopaedic practice.**Compensation:** Starting at $30/hour, with higher rates commensurate with experience.**Key Responsibilities*** Prepare patients for radiologic procedures, escorting them to and from exam rooms and providing clear instructions.* Position patients and equipment properly to ensure accurate diagnostic imaging.* Operate radiologic equipment following established requirements and regulations.* Apply radiation safety measures and protection devices to safeguard patients and staff.* Maintain and monitor equipment, reporting malfunctions promptly.* Manage imaging orders and documentation within the EMR system.* Monitor and communicate supply needs to the Radiology Supervisor.* Support the clinical team as needed, including obtaining vital signs and assisting with patient flow.* Maintain required professional licenses and certifications.* Perform other duties as assigned.## Qualifications* Associate’s degree in Applied Science preferred.* Current ARRT license required.* Current Kentucky State Radiation Operator license required.* Prior experience with Greenway Intergy EMR/PMS preferred.* Knowledge of medical terminology, OSHA standards, healthcare compliance, ALARA principles, and ARRT Code of Ethics.* Strong organizational and communication skills.* Proficiency in performing diagnostic X-rays.* Ability to work efficiently in collaboration with other technologists and clinical #J-18808-Ljbffr
