DISHWASHER (FULL TIME)

Job Summary We are hiring a full‑time Dishwasher for AutoZone at 123 South Front Street, Memphis, TN 38103. Applications are accepted only online. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 3:30 pm (details will be discussed during the interview). Pay: $17.00–$20.00 per hour. Responsibilities Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes and wash them by hand or load them into racks or conveyor to the dishwashing machine, ensuring complete cleanliness and sanitation. Wash pots, pans, and trays following assigned procedures, ensuring thorough cleanliness. Polish silverware using a burnishing machine, tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel, or hand cloth per equipment and procedures, guaranteeing complete sanitation. Maintain compliance with outlined safety procedures. Monitor and maintain temperatures and chemical levels as specified. Keep the dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards. Sweep and mop kitchen floors to meet safety and sanitation standards. Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food‑prep surfaces. Remove trash and place it in designated containers; steam‑clean or hose out garbage cans. Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas. Assist with loading and unloading supplies and product. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous restaurant experience preferred.
