Night Auditor Front Desk Location: Country Inn and Suites Bensenville – 777 E Grand Ave, Bensenville, IL 60106 Salary Range: $18-$20 (based on experience) Job Type: Full-time (Evenings, Weekends & Holidays as needed) Schedule: Night shift Work Location: In person Responsibilities Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism during check-in and check-out Handle reservations, phone calls, and guest requests efficiently using IHG systems Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth front desk operations Resolve guest concerns promptly and provide outstanding service Communicate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences Assist with Park, Sleep & Fly packages offered at the hotel Perform other duties as assigned to support daily hotel operation Requirements At least 2 year of experience working at Choice property (REQUIRED) Strong customer service and communication skills Familiarity with Choice systems (e.g., Choice Advantage) Dependable, professional, and self-motivated Able to work Night Shifts Team Player Benefits Bonus based on performance Company parties Employee discounts Free uniforms Opportunity for advancement Paid time off Training & development Competitive pay Employee discounts on hotel stays Performance-based bonuses Sick Leave Paid leave on first anniversary Career growth opportunities within the hotel #J-18808-Ljbffr
