Senior Coupa Consultant

Role Description

This is a remote position. We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Coupa Certified Consultant with 7+ years of hands-on experience delivering Coupa implementations at scale. The ideal candidate will be capable of leading complex enterprise engagements end-to-end, building strong client relationships, and driving successful outcomes with minimal oversight.

• Deep understanding of end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes, including controls, compliance frameworks, and industry best practices.
• Proven functional expertise in Coupa Procure-to-Pay (P2P) — spanning configuration, workflow design, approval structures, tolerance settings, and compliance management.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Compliant Invoicing processes, including regulatory and policy adherence in invoice management workflows.
• Hands-on exposure to additional Coupa modules such as SIM, Coupa Pay, RPMA, Sourcing, CLM, and Expenses is strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of Coupa integrations with leading ERP platforms including SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Intacct, and Workday is a significant advantage.
• Experience delivering US-based Coupa projects; onsite client experience in the USA is highly valued.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with global clients and geographically distributed teams.
• Comfortable to work within US Eastern Time (EST) zone overlap hours.
• A collaborative team player with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Comfortable operating independently in ambiguous environments with minimal day-to-day guidance.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities, particularly within high-volume S2P environments.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with demonstrated experience engaging at varied levels.
• Proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced, deadline-driven consulting environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Willingness and ability to travel to client sites as required by project needs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Active Coupa certification across relevant Coupa modules is required.
• US B1 visa preferred.
