A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.Intrepid Investment Bankers is seeking talented professionals for its 2027 full-time Analyst class in the Los Angeles office.ResponsibilitiesAnalysts are an important part of Intrepid deal teams, working closely with Managing Directors, Directors, Vice Presidents, Associates, and clients. Analysts are involved in all phases of execution including:Performing client specific and industry researchOrganizing, reviewing, and analyzing due diligence processes and materialsDeveloping valuation analyses and models (projections, LBO, DCF, public comparable, historical M&A transactions, etc.)Preparing comprehensive information packages, pitchbooks, information memoranda, management presentations and marketing materialsCompiling prospective acquirer listsAssisting senior bankers in firm building activities (training, recruiting, etc.)QualificationsThe ideal candidate would possess the following:Outstanding academic credentials from a top tier schoolGPA of 3.5 or above is preferredTeam player willing to take an integral role in Intrepid’s growthExcellent written and oral communications skillsSignificant level of maturity and the ability to work as part of a small teamSelf-starter willing to work in an entrepreneurial, demanding, and fast paced environmentFamiliarity with accounting and corporate finance concepts and financial statement analysis**Full-time role to start in July 2027, pending candidate's successful completion of program of study**Website:The typical base pay for this role is $100K.
