As a Personal Banker within PNC's retail organization, you will be based in Roswell, GA. PNC is an in‑office company that fosters a collaborative and supportive culture where employees can thrive. Job Description Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing and collaborating with ecosystem partners to grow share of wallet. Drive proactive sales conversations through a defined sales process, including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement, thereby elevating client loyalty. Create customer loyalty and grow customer share through a differentiated customer experience, performing lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs. Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively. Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits and heightened scrutiny to identify and avoid loss. Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring they are completed efficiently and accurately. Managing Risk – Assess and effectively manage all risks associated with business objectives and activities to ensure compliance with PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework. Typically requires 3+ years of experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
