Technical Recruiter

Technical Recruiter | Location: Newport, RI, Hybrid or On Site | Direct Hire | Salary: $40K-$75K Base plus Commission

Delphi-US is seeking a dynamic Technical Recruiter to support our expanding staffing operations across the United States. This role involves sourcing, qualifying, and managing candidates for a variety of technical roles within high-demand IT sectors, including Data Science, Cloud Computing, DevOps, and more. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong communication skills and a consultative approach to talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and qualify candidates for technical roles based on skill assessments and soft skills evaluation.
• Manage candidate tracking and documentation within our database system.
• Provide comprehensive candidate summaries and submission reports to the sales team.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Extend offers and facilitate candidate onboarding processes.

Required Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional phone presence and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to handle multiple open job orders simultaneously.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, consultative service.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in staffing agency or technical recruiting.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and candidate management tools.
• Knowledge of current IT industry trends and technical skillsets.
