Address 1 Dot Way, Mount Sterling, IL, 62353, US Compensation $18.50 - $22.50/hour Job Description WHAT YOU’LL DO Safely and efficiently utilize the pallet repair handling equipment Ability to build stable, well-built pallets for shipment Understanding of pallet components, dimensions, and repair methods used when repairing pallets Consistently meet company production and quality level standards Applies lean thinking and tools to eliminate waste in all areas of the position YOU MUST HAVE Must be 18 years of age or older High School Diploma, General Equivalency Degree, or relevant work experience Must meet minimum requirements on pre-employment testing including a physical exam YOU MAY ALSO HAVE Successful work experience in a production style environment Successful work experience in an environment that promotes safety Prior involvement in individual and team settings ROLE SPECIFICS Dusty, noisy work environment Indoor/outdoor work with temperatures varying from hot/humid to extreme cold Extensive standing/walking while operating pallet repair equipment Schedule/Sun, Mon, Tue, Thur. 6:00am-4:30pm.
