Style Advisor

Summary As a Style Advisor you build customer relationships through personalized styling, product knowledge, and clear communication. You will complete a multi-layered training program and work to achieve personal and store sales targets while maintaining visual merchandising and store standards.The role requires an energetic, customer-focused approach and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Responsibilities Participate in a multi-layered training cycle to develop expertise and skills Present and educate customers on fit, construction, and style of ready-to-wear and custom-made products Practice professional salesmanship to achieve personal and store sales metrics Build client relationships to increase loyalty through personalized service Ensure merchandise is attractively displayed and store operations meet company standards Perform other duties as assigned by store leadership Requirements Previous experience in sales, hospitality, and/or service Genuine interest in fashion and styling Professional verbal and written communication skills Ability to perform successfully in a team-based culture Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr
