Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your primary duties will include:

• Conducting individual counseling sessions via video chat for a diverse clientele of stable, low-acuity adults.

• Assessing behavioral and mental health needs to develop personalized therapy goals and objectives.

• Implementing effective, solution-based treatment modalities tailored to each client’s unique experiences and challenges.

• Monitoring client progress throughout the treatment plan while providing support to foster healthy coping mechanisms.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adult clients who are seeking therapy to navigate various life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. Our platform is designed to match you with clients that align with your areas of expertise and demographic preferences, ensuring that you can provide the most meaningful support.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current state licensing as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist (PsyD) is required.

• Must possess an ability to practice independently without supervision and have no disciplinary actions on your license.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills along with a genuine empathetic nature.

• Proficient in the latest developments in psychotherapy approaches and computer literacy.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, having established experience in telehealth services is highly desirable as it enhances your ability to engage with clients effectively through virtual platforms. Familiarity with relevant therapeutic models and a proactive approach to client interactions can further contribute to your success in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with your working hours and experience. In addition to an attractive salary, we provide:
