Registered Nurse Care Coordinator
UAB Medicine
UAB Medicine's UAB St. Vincent's Birmingham unit is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies and protocols. You will implement and monitor care plans and coordinate multiple disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care. Active Alabama RN license required with BLS within 30 days; Diploma from an accredited nursing program; and one year of RN experience are preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
