We are looking for trade professionals, who want to work for our company exclusively, not as a subcontractor or for side work. The job involves completing a variety of property improvements and repairs for our residential and commercial customers. Our sales team books jobs for you that are compatible with your skillset. We service customers in the East Valley of the Phoenix metro area only. Some projects require working by yourself and other projects require working with other technicians. We are looking primarily for those candidates with a construction, restoration, or remodeling background who have a broad range of skills in various trades such as drywall, carpentry, tiling, door repair/installation,and painting amongst others. Our employees are well supported in the field and have the business owner and peers readily available to help troubleshoot or to ask questions. In addition to hourly pay for the work performed, we pay employees for their time between jobs and the use of their own trucks or vans..

Professional Multi-Trade Handyman Qualifications:

• 10+ years of professional experience working in various trades including tiling, carpentry, drywall, and/or painting, etc.
• Has tools and an insured truck or van. Specialty tools aren’t required, but need to know what tools are needed for certain tasks.
• Represents the Ace brand well: professional, reliable, skilled, high integrity, problem solver, and has a strong work ethic
• Enjoys working with customers and helping them solve their home/business repair needs.
