Security Systems Lead Technician

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Lead Technician to join our operations in the Oklahoma City , OK area. Lead Technicians are assistant supervisors to the Project Leads on site and are responsible for leading other installers in performing access control and camera installations. This individual must have at least 2-3 years of direct experience in the installation of Access Control, CCTV, and/or Burglar Alarms in a large‑scale commercial setting, such as schools, hospitals, warehouses, etc. Work is primarily located in the OKC area, but Digi occasionally does travel throughout the Oklahoma and Texas region. Main Responsibilities Installation: Responsible for the professional installation of cabling, access control components, CCTV systems, and motion/intrusion/alarms systems. Lead by example by upholding the highest installation standards in the industry. Hand Tools and Inventory: Safely operate various hand tools, work at heights on ladders and lifts, keep accurate truck inventory, and maintain safety standards on site and off. Documentation: Perform computer program entry as required and prepare documentation to provide written support in compliance with regulations and/or convey information. Communication: Respectfully communicate with all coworkers and Project Lead on daily progress and document all necessary information. Work Planning: Responsible for reading and understanding technical drawings, assigned project documentation and work orders including scope of work. Customer Service: Consistently communicate with the Project Coordinator, Project Manager, and Project Lead to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Ability to work from ladders or man lifts at extended heights. Must be able to differentiate colors. Must have a current, valid driver's license in the state where you are applying and have the ability to meet our company driving standards.
