Registered Nurse - Psych/Rehab

Location: Largo, FL

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

07:00-19:00 shift, working every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will provide quality care in a psych/rehab department, responsible for administering medications, coordinating patient care, and creating treatment plans in accordance with facility policy.

Responsibilities

Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Coordinate patient care activities with interdisciplinary teams.
Document all patient interactions and care in compliance with facility standards.
Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Active RN license in the state of Florida.
Previous experience in a psych/rehab setting preferred.
BLS certification required.
