Client Travel Coordinator This priority support position is responsible for concierge-level client requests. It requires the highest levels of relationship‑building skills, customer service, organization, and work ethic in a fast‑paced environment. The role is situated in the office located in Overland Park, KS and is not remote or hybrid. The schedule is full‑time, 40 hours a week, Tuesday through Saturday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Essential Duties Schedule and follow up on ground transportation and catering Develop and maintain relationships with vendors Provide solutions while keeping costs in mind Negotiate cost reductions and recover no‑show fees Accurately update client files Notify FBO of expected services Qualifications 2+ years of high‑end customer service experience in a corporate environment.
