Location: Pompano Beach, FL
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Pay: $16.00 per hour

About the Role

We are a wholesale distributor of bulk dietary supplement ingredients (B2B) located in Pompano Beach, Florida. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Order Processing Associate to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing customer orders, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely order fulfillment and delivery. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong communication skills, and is committed to providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect incoming shipments
Review and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Verify pricing, product availability, and shipping information
Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
Enter and maintain order data in company systems
Resolve order discrepancies, returns, and customer inquiries
Monitor order status and provide updates to customers as needed
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Assist with inventory and administrative support as required

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in order processing, administrative support, customer service, or data entry preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and order management systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented with a positive attitude

Preferred Skills

Experience with ERP or inventory management systems
Experience handling transportation documentation such as Bills of Lading (B/Ls), freight bills, and purchase orders (P/Os)
Basic knowledge of shipping and logistics processes
Strong problem-solving skills
