Key Qualifications and Skills:

• Prior experience as a paraprofessional or teacher’s assistant in an educational setting

• Implement instructional activities as directed, reinforcing lesson plans and fostering engagement
• Provide academic and behavioral support for students with special needs or Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Help with classroom management and supervise students during transitions, meals, and recreational activities
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate with teachers and relevant staff
• Encourage positive social interactions, inclusion, and respectful behaviors among students
