Role Responsibilities

Education Requirements

• MD or DO degree from a recognized medical institution.
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Eligible for or already possesses an active Hawaii medical license.
• BLS and ACLS certification are preferred.
